No. We do have an option of guest- checkout. Though signing up with Akkaara is quick & easy and saves time on your next order. You can store your preferred addresses, track orders, save wishlist, store different payment methods. You also receive special promotion codes. But above all, you become part of our small artistic community that is full of craft, colour, and excitement

Ordering

Once you placed the order on our website, you will receive the confirmation email on your registered email id with the summary of order.

You can track the order by logging into your account on Akkaara website. Click on Order button to get the status of your order.

No. Unfortunately no amendments can be made on already placed order. But you can always place a new order for that one item.

Yes. As per our policy, you can buy a maximum three of the same product. In case you want to purchase more please send us an email at contact@akkaara.com.au along with the details of the product and quantity required.

Sometimes it takes longer to update on site, please send us an email with Order id on contact@akkaara.com.au and we will resolve it for you

Yes. Change in government taxes, prices of material and other factors might compel us to change prices

Payment

You can use Visa, Mastercard and American Express to make payment.

Akkaara does not save your card details. Our websites use a high level of security to reduce the chances of a breach. Strong SHA2 & 2048-bit encryption SSL Certification has been used to secure the site and for the peace of mind of our customer.

No. Unfortunately currently we do not accept payment plans

Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout the week, Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders are generally delivered within 7 working days in Australia.

Once the product is Dispatched, you will receive a mail with the tracking number, which can be used to track the Courier.

In case the product is received in damaged condition or the packaging has been tempered, Please contact us immediately on contact@akkaara.com.au  or drop us a message on our Facebook page. Do mention your Order ID.

Once the product has left our warehouse, Akkaara will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our Delivery partners. In such cases, do get in touch with us on contact@akkaara.com.au and we will try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability and get the order to you at the earliest.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship product to a Post Box address

Return & Cancellation

We have ‘no questions asked’ return policy. If you do not like our product please lodge a return by emailing us on contact@akkaara.com.au, within 7 days of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition. We will initiate the transfer within 10 working of receiving the product. Postage & handling charges would be deducted.

Products may be fragile, please make sure to securely pack it as no refund would be initiated if the returned item is received in the damaged condition

We hope that our products always meet your expectation, but if you are not happy with the item received, you can lodge for exchange by emailing us on contact@akkaara.com.au, within 7 days of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition. We will dispatch the exchange item within 3 business days. Extra postage & handling charges may apply.

Exchange can’t be initiated if we do not receive the item in original condition. Product may be fragile, please ensure secure packaging.
